What exists today Moa is a working, self-directed browser CSV tool with a Korean interface. It combines a small set of order/payment CSV files, validates rows, flags ambiguous duplicates and exports a channel summary and a review CSV. The public demonstration uses synthetic data. It has no paying customers and has generated no revenue. Traffic and commercial demand are unverified. Public demonstration https://moa-ledger-ethan-1020.basic-perch-9126.chatgpt.site/ Existing features Runs as static HTML/CSS/JavaScript in a current Chrome or Edge browser; no application server or installation is needed. Files are processed in the browser. The tool does not upload or persist selected CSV files; a reload clears them. Accepts UTF-8 and browser-supported EUC-KR/CP949 decoding, with up to 10 files / 10 MB total / 20,000 rows. Checks required columns, calendar dates, integer quantities and non-negative money amounts. Row errors retain the original filename, row number and reason. Flags every row sharing the configured channel + order number + product key for review and excludes those rows from the accepted summary. Legitimate split orders may therefore need manual review. Exports channel summaries and row-review CSV with UTF-8 BOM and protection against spreadsheet-formula injection. The existing synthetic fixture has 9 rows: 6 accepted and 3 requiring review. It is a demonstration, not evidence of customer delivery. Proposed handover Existing CSV-tool source, local-run README, synthetic CSV fixtures and the existing automated validation tests. The public custom-service sales page, domain ownership, accounts, customers and any other business are not assets offered for transfer. The buyer will be able to inspect the described behaviour against synthetic fixtures before accepting delivery. Proposed licence scope One licensee may inspect, modify and deploy the supplied source for its own organisation or one agreed end-client deployment. Standalone source redistribution or resale is outside this offer. This is explicitly NON-EXCLUSIVE: Ethanforge retains its rights, can keep using the tool and may license copies to other buyers. It is not an exclusive sale or transfer of a business. Final licence, tax, payment and acceptance terms must be agreed in writing before a transaction. Limits This version has Korean labels and a particular CSV schema. It does not include XLSX support, a backend, logins, database persistence, shop APIs, scheduled imports, hosting, accounting/tax decisions or a claim of bank-reconciled accuracy. It does not establish business demand or future income. Customer-specific features and ongoing maintenance are outside the licence offer.
