RYPL - Showcase Project

RYPL is AI software that replies to and moderates comments and DMs on Facebook and Instagram, plus comments on TikTok ads. It is built for brands and agencies that run paid social, where every ad collects questions about price, shipping and sizes alongside spam, scams and hate, and nobody has time to answer them all. How it works: you connect your Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and TikTok ad accounts, and give an AI agent your website, files and Q&A as its knowledge base. From then on RYPL reads every new comment and message, works out what the person wants (price, shipping, sizes, a complaint, praise) and: replies in your brand voice and in the person's language, in under 60 seconds by default, from your knowledge base instead of guessing; hides spam, scams, hate and banned words automatically: the AI flags spam in about 1.7 seconds on average and it is hidden within seconds (our own measurement); sends complaints, urgent questions and anything that needs a human to one inbox with a Needs attention queue. On the Pro and Ultra plans you write moderation and reply rules in plain words, such as "hide comments with links to other shops", and choose whether to hide, delete, reply or review first. The agent can also look at the ad itself (image, video, copy) before replying, and Ultra remembers earlier conversations with the same person. RYPL is a Meta Tech Provider and works through the official Meta Graph API and TikTok Marketing API. It focuses on comments and DMs, not publishing or reporting, so it runs next to the social media tools a team already uses.
