ContractSmith is a production-grade AI legal document platform, built and verified end to end. It drafts, reviews, and vaults contracts in plain language — "contracts, without the law degree." What it does: AI contract generation — 15 lawyer-structured templates (service agreements, NDAs, leases, employment, music split sheets, licensing, privacy policies) with required/optional clauses and AI rewrite per clause. Guided 5-step contract builder with live preview, clause explainer, and strengthen/soften controls. AI clause generator from plain-language requests. AI contract review — upload any contract and get a plain-language summary, a 0–100 risk score, red flags, and missing-clause recommendations. Built-in e-signature workflow — ordered signers, email signing links (30-day expiry), real-time tracking, signed-copy vault storage. Secure document vault — folders, tags, full-text search, version history. Five languages — UI and document generation in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese. This is document automation software, not a law firm and not legal advice — the product carries its own legal disclaimer in the UI, and buyers should keep it there. Team: Solo founder — designed, built, and verified the entire platform (product, engineering, QA). No team to inherit, no payroll. A buyer can operate it alone or hand it to a small team.
