Reason for selling
I built MarginGuard to explore a practical solution to pricing and profitability analysis for small SaaS businesses, agencies, freelancers, and digital product sellers. I am now focusing on other projects and would prefer to transfer MarginGuard to a buyer who has the time, resources, and distribution channels to take it further. The project provides a functional starting point with source code, documentation, and automated tests, while leaving room for the new owner to shape its commercial strategy, add integrations, and build a customer base. I am open to a straightforward asset sale and a reasonable negotiation with a serious buyer.
