About Zenfyle: PDF Toolkit SaaS (Full Source Code)
28 PDF tools, auth, admin. Dockerized, deploy-ready, tested.
I have been building software for a long time, and I will tell you straight what this is and what it is not. Zenfyle is a complete PDF toolkit, the kind of product people pay Smallpdf and iLovePDF for every month. Twenty-eight tools. Every one works. I tested each of them start to finish and recorded the whole thing on video, so you can watch it run before you spend a minute talking to me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=liNVgC1ZZF0 WHAT IS IN THE BOX Merge, split, rotate, reorder, remove and extract pages. PDF to and from Word, Excel and PowerPoint. PDF to JPG and PNG, and back again. Compress PDFs and images. Page numbers, watermarks, annotation, signatures, form filling. Password protect and unlock. Real redaction, where the hidden text is actually destroyed and not just covered with a black rectangle. Document compare. OCR for scanned files. HOW IT IS BUILT I have seen too many projects that look fine and fall apart the first time someone touches them. This one is put together properly. Simple jobs run in the visitor's own browser. Fast, private, and they cost you nothing to serve. Heavy jobs go to a real background queue (BullMQ and Redis) and are handled by LibreOffice, Ghostscript, qpdf and Tesseract. Every engine sits behind its own adapter. If you want to replace one someday, you change one file, not forty. Passwords never touch the database. Download links are signed and expire. Uploaded files are deleted after two hours. One tool registry drives the menu, the pages and the search. Tool number twenty-nine is an afternoon's work. A REAL APPLICATION, NOT A DEMO User accounts, login and password reset, and a dashboard with job history. An admin panel with soft delete, restore and a full audit log. Daily usage limits already built in. Next.js 16, React 19, strict TypeScript, Tailwind 4, Prisma and Postgres, Auth.js 5. Forty-three automated tests pass, lint is clean and the production build passes. A written specification and a progress log are included, so whoever takes this over is never left guessing. CONTAINERIZED AND READY TO DEPLOY This ships as a Docker project, not a folder of loose files. A Dockerfile and a Docker Compose file are included. One command starts the whole stack: docker compose up -d That brings up the web app, the background worker, Postgres and Redis together. Database migrations run on their own on first start. The image already contains the heavy software the server tools need (Ghostscript, LibreOffice, qpdf, Tesseract), so you install none of it by hand. It runs as a non-root user with health checks on every service. Going to production is a matter of settings, not rewrites. Set your environment variables and point it at your own services: Postgres on Supabase or Neon, Redis on Upstash, file storage on Supabase, and any SMTP provider for mail. A Docker guide covers variables, volumes, backups and troubleshooting. Any VPS or container host that runs Docker will do. One honest note: a serverless-only platform will not run the heavy tools, because they use real system software. WHAT YOU GET The full source code in a private repository, transferred to you. The Zenfyle name and branding. The demo video. Two weeks of my time after the sale to get you running. The sale is exclusive: one buyer, and then it is yours alone. WHAT YOU DO NOT GET No domain, no hosting, no live site. And no traffic, no users and no revenue, because it has never been launched. You are buying a finished product and a long head start, not an established business. I would rather you hear that from me now than discover it later. WHAT A CAREFUL BUYER SHOULD KNOW Ghostscript is AGPL-licensed. It runs as a separate program behind an adapter, and the repository documents how. If you want complete certainty, Artifex sells a commercial licence. The project was built with AI coding assistance. I will assign every right I hold to you in writing. A short list of known npm audit findings is in the README. Converting out of PDF is approximate by nature. PDF to Word recovers the text but not the exact layout. Going to PDF from Word, Excel or PowerPoint is high fidelity. WHY THE PRICE IS FAIR Rebuilding this from nothing is hundreds of hours of skilled work, and that is before you spend a week on the document engines. At ordinary freelance rates, you would pay several times what I am asking. You are paying for a finished, tested, documented product and the months you will not spend building it. HOW WE DO THIS You ask your questions. I send a short NDA. Once it is signed, I walk you through the running project on a call. We agree the price in writing, with a clear list of what is included. Payment is by bank wire or a similar traceable transfer, with a small deposit to start and the balance before handover. I transfer the repository as soon as the funds have cleared. No surprises on either side. Price: $3,500, exclusive, one time. If you have a serious proposal, send me a message and tell me what you plan to build with it. I...

Next step: <p><strong>Zenfyle</strong> offers a new owner the opportunity to build upon an existing, substantially developed software product rather than start from scratch. With 28 implemented PDF and document tools, a modern Next.js and TypeScript codebase, authentication, user and administrative dashboards, background processing, and Docker deployment configuration, the foundation is in place for its next stage.</p><p>The buyer can launch Zenfyle under the existing brand or rebrand it, establish a public presence, introduce subscription plans, and target individuals, professionals, students, and businesses with regular document-processing needs. There is also scope to specialize in particular industries, refine the user experience, expand integrations, and develop a customer acquisition strategy.</p><p>Zenfyle is currently pre-revenue, so its commercial potential remains to be proven. The opportunity is to take the existing software, bring it to market, validate demand, and develop a sustainable business around it.</p><p>For a developer, entrepreneur, or software company looking to enter the PDF utility market, Zenfyle provides a meaningful head start: the core product has been built, and the next owner can focus on deployment, positioning, customer acquisition, and growth.</p>
