CertRoster - Sell Project

CertRoster (previously named CertCheck) is a local Windows application for checking finished certificate batches before issuing them. The name was changed after another product using the previous name was identified. Upload a recipient CSV and certificate PDFs or a ZIP of PDFs. Select a printed participant identifier, an optional name column and up to four extra details. Review recipient findings and page evidence, then export CSV or JSON reports. Files are processed locally on the user's computer. This listing is for the application and source-code project package, with a negotiable asking price of USD 249. It is not the price of a single-PC or institute end-user licence. End-user usage licences are offered separately, with deployment scope and any customization agreed before purchase. The project package contains the Windows executable, original application source, interface and logo assets, fictional CSV/PDF examples, tests, build script and documentation. Source-code access is distinct from exclusive ownership: exclusivity, resale rights, sublicensing or an assignment of original application rights are not automatically included and must be expressly agreed in writing before purchase. No transfer is made by this listing alone. Third-party dependencies retain their own licences. Current status: pre-revenue, with no paying customers. Thirty-four automated regression tests and packaged Windows checks passed on the development computer. The renamed browser workflow, sample findings, CSV export and reset were checked. The Windows executable is unsigned and has not been independently tested on a separate clean computer. Limitations: text-based PDFs, one certificate per page; image-only/scanned pages require manual review. The app does not perform OCR or verify authenticity, signatures or visual layout. No domain, hosting, email accounts, social accounts, customer list or revenue is included. Reporting a text match does not verify certificate authenticity.
