About Retentix: cancel flow SaaS for Stripe and Paddle
Finished cancel flow SaaS that asks why and shows a matched offer before churn.
Retentix sits at the cancel click in a subscription business. Instead of closing the account straight away, the subscriber sees a short hosted flow: pick a reason, see an offer that fits it, then either stay or continue to the billing portal to finish cancelling. Every answer lands in the founder's dashboard. Setup is one change on the customer's side: the cancel button points to a hosted link. No SDK, no script, no webhook and no API key needed to get started. The default flow ships with five cancellation reasons and four offers: a discount for three months, a two month pause, a move to a smaller plan, and a contact option. On Stripe an accepted offer is applied automatically. On Paddle the founder is notified by email and applies it in their own panel. The product is complete and running in production: hosted flow, founder dashboard, offer engine, Stripe and Paddle connections, acceptance emails, webhooks on higher plans, a 30 day trial system with reminder and expiry jobs, a marketing site and a setup guide. It has over a thousand automated tests across the core, the dashboard and the flow. The dashboard screenshots show demo data generated in our own testing, not customer activity. We build products and hand them to owners who want to take them to market. Retentix is ready for that step. It has no paying customers and no revenue yet, so the price reflects the code, the domain and the time it saves, not traction.
Next step: <p>The product is ready; what it needs is distribution. A buyer with an audience of SaaS founders, a newsletter, or an agency client list can put it in front of the right people quickly, and the free 30 day trial is already built in.</p><p>There are also clear next steps on the product side. Automatic offer handling on Paddle, the way it already works on Stripe. Integrations for membership businesses that bill through their own Stripe account, such as MemberPress or WooCommerce Subscriptions sites, where we found almost nobody asking why members leave. Win back emails for customers who cancelled anyway. And a white label version that agencies could resell to their own clients.</p>
