About Devter: vertical publishing for Mongolian script
Substack-style blogs and notes, fully in vertical Mongol bichig.
Under the hood: TypeScript (strict), SvelteKit with Svelte 5, Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2. It's serverless, so it costs very little to run at this scale. It has about 6,700 unit tests and 800 browser tests with screenshot checks, and every product decision is written down with its reason. It was built in 2026 with an AI-assisted workflow, and each feature was audited before release. Stage: launched in October 2026, with two active blogs and no revenue yet. You're buying a finished, working product and a head start, not a user base. What's included: Full source code and IP, and the name Дэвтэр Documentation: architecture, specs, the decision log and deploy guides 30 days of handover help, moving it onto your own Cloudflare account, domain and email provider Optional ongoing paid support and development The libraries it uses (mongol-bichig, gege-converter and gege-linter) are open source under MIT, and the font is Noto Sans Mongolian (SIL Open Font License), so there are no licences to buy. Why I'm selling: I built it because the country needs it, but it deserves an owner who will run and grow it: a publisher, a media company, a script-software company, or an organisation working for the script.
