About LipVox
Photo + script to a lip-synced talking-avatar video in any language
LipVox turns a photo and a script into a talking-avatar video with lip sync in any language. It is live at lipvox.com. What is built: Avatar video on HeyGen (avatariv), batch generation, re-lipsync of earlier videos, auto subtitles, upscale to 4K / 60 fps Avatar photos generated from a text prompt, from a reference photo, or holding a product Voice cloning and voice design (ElevenLabs) AI market research agent (Gemini): plan, research, final report for ad scripts Credit billing with automatic refunds when a render fails, four plans, checkout and webhooks Admin panel, Sentry, job queue, automatic recovery of stuck generations Tech: NestJS + TypeScript backend (86k lines, 500+ tests), Next.js frontend, Postgres, RabbitMQ, S3, Auth0. Hosted on Railway. Launched in July 2026, about 20 sign-ups, no paying customers yet. A small Meta ads test (about $155) brought a few sign-ups and no payments. We are two co-founders moving on to other work, so the product needs a new owner with distribution. Included: source code, lipvox.com domain, brand, deployment docs, 30 days of help with the handover. Not included: user data and the payment provider account. Next step: <p>The product works end to end; what it needs is distribution. A new owner could run paid acquisition (Meta server-side conversion tracking is already wired), sell it to marketing agencies as a white-label tool, add more UGC and ad templates, or plug the backend into an audience they already have.</p>
