The proposed acquisition includes the Promotor Pro software product and its transferable intellectual property and technical assets. The software package comprises: Android application developed with React Native and Expo. Full-featured management dashboard. Simplified web application for retail field execution. Source code for all three applications. PostgreSQL database schema and documented application architecture. Technical, operational and commercial documentation. Deployment instructions and reasonable technical handover assistance, subject to the final agreement. Promotor Pro supports multi-company operations, field promoters, supervisors, store visits, photographic evidence and operational reporting. The sale does not include RPAG Labs, the seller's other software products, unrelated business assets, or personal and confidential production data. The transfer of the Promotor Pro domain, brand assets and app distribution rights can be discussed and explicitly agreed with the buyer.

Reason for selling

Promotor Pro has reached an operational stage, with its Android application, management dashboard and simplified web platform developed and functionally tested. I am seeking a strategic buyer with the commercial resources, distribution channels and industry relationships to bring the product to a broader market and accelerate its growth. The sale concerns the Promotor Pro software product only. My other development projects and RPAG Labs are not included in the transaction.
