Scire automatically discovers subscriptions buried in email, helps track recurring costs and shows upcoming renewals. Automated email discovery is implemented, but scheduled background processing was disabled by owner request on October 15 and needs attention; scheduled Gmail scanning, renewal reminders and queued notifications are not currently running. Manual entries support recurring costs, currencies, billing cycles and renewal dates; email evidence review helps identify possible charges after cancellation. Optional read-only MCP context can provide subscription information to AI agents. Current plans are Free ($0) and Plus ($4.99/month); no annual plan is live. There are 3 registered accounts including the founder and possible test use; one active paid subscription belongs to the founder, with 0 active non-founder paid subscriptions. The verified $4.99 founder purchase is not independent customer traction. Total annual gross revenue, traffic, expenses and profit are unverified. Gmail is mediated through Composio, whose consent scope is broader than the read operations Scire uses. Buyer may need to configure provider accounts and run an isolated database migration. Proposed asset scope: source code, existing documentation, Scire-owned brand assets and tryscire.com, subject to ownership/license checks and an agreed transfer plan.
