The analysis runs on Anthropic's Claude. Next step: 1. Add a subscription tier. Credits are one-time today; a monthly plan with N analyses plus the terminal would create recurring revenue. Dodo Payments already supports subscriptions.2. Launch Pilot Watch. Read-only exchange monitoring (Hyperliquid positions, breakout alerts, web push and email) is already built. The background worker just needs a server. This makes a strong subscription feature.3. Add broker and exchange affiliate links. The audience is active forex, gold and crypto traders, which is a natural fit for referral revenue.4. Improve retention. Use an onboarding email sequence, a cheaper first package and watchlist prompts after each analysis. Most users currently try one analysis and leave.5. Scale SEO and AI search. Organic search and ChatGPT referrals already bring signups with zero ad spend. More content and backlinks would compound this.6. Localize. Many users come from non-English markets (Pakistan, Nigeria, the Middle East, Europe). Translating into Spanish, Arabic or Turkish could open new search traffic.7. Run small paid search campaigns on high-intent keywords such as "AI chart analysis" and "TradingView AI alternative".8. Offer a white-label or B2B version for brokers, prop firms and trading educators who want AI analysis for their own clients.
