About VariantLab
AI ad copy for mixed-language markets. 20 localized variants from one link.
VariantLab generates 20 localized, platform-ready ad copy variants from a single product link or description, after running live web research on the target market. It is built for agencies and performance marketers working in mixed-language markets, where generic AI copy sounds translated and brands refuse to run it. The problem Every A/B test needs 10 to 20 genuinely different ad variants. For a Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Manila, or Miami audience, that means a native copywriter per market or hours of rewriting. General AI writers produce English-first copy with place names swapped in. The product Paste a product link or description. Pick a country and the recommended language mix fills in (45 markets, from Spanglish to Singlish to Hinglish to Arabizi). Choose a tone and a localization strength. In about 90 seconds you get 20 variants across Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads, each with a different persuasion angle, inside the platform's character limits, with a plain-English note explaining which local expression was used and why. Before writing, it runs live web research on the market and platforms and shows the sources. Copy a card, copy a platform, or export CSV for bulk upload. Every run is saved to history. What it actually writes From a real run for a shawarma counter in Sharjah, unedited: TikTok: "Humidity ne maar diya. stepped outside for two seconds, came back melted. now i just say bhai, delivery bhejo." Facebook: "Shawarma from AED 6. Yes, six. Chicken or beef, carved to order. Family box of 6 for AED 30. Paisa vasool, and nobody is cutting corners on quality." From a bubble tea app in Singapore: TikTok: "chope the seat, boba comes later. lunch at Lau Pa Sat, i chope the seat first then collect my drink after. no need queue liao." Two complete runs, 40 cards, are in the buyer pack. Why it is hard to copy 45 countries of structured market data with recommended language mixes and alternatives. A tuned two-phase prompt system: plan a palette of local expressions, then write per platform in parallel with assigned angles. Live trend research built into every run, with sources shown to the user. Hard character-limit enforcement with an automatic shortening pass and per-card counts. An explicit ban on AI-sounding phrasing and dashes, with a sanitizer as backstop. Business model Free plan: 3 generations a month. Pro: $29/month, unlimited, billed through Stripe with a self-serve billing portal and promo code support. Fixed infrastructure cost today is $0. Variable cost is about $0.12 per generation, or $0.03 on a cheaper model, for 75 to 91 percent gross margin per Pro seat. Status Live at variantlab.tech. Passwordless sign-in by email code, generation, history, usage limits, Stripe checkout, webhook-driven plan upgrades, and the billing portal all work end to end in production. Transactional email from the product's own domain. Terms, privacy, custom domain, and social preview in place. Pre-revenue: built and proven, not yet marketed. Stack Next.js 16, TypeScript, Tailwind v4, Supabase (Postgres, auth, Row Level Security), Anthropic Claude with structured outputs and web search, Stripe, Resend, Vercel. About 4,300 lines of application code across 50 files, plus scripts that regenerate the listing screenshots and sale PDFs. A developer can run it locally in mock mode in five minutes with no API keys. What you get Repository with full history, Vercel and Supabase projects, the variantlab.tech domain, brand assets, and complete documentation: README, handover guide, due-diligence pack, two full sample runs, go-to-market plan, unit economics, pitch deck, and a purchase agreement template. Plus 30 days of email support for the handover. Why I am selling I build focused products and sell them once they are complete and proven. VariantLab is at that point. It needs an owner who will market it, which is a different job from building it.

Next step: <p>1. Get the first paying customers. A two-week go-to-market plan is included: a launch promo code, outreach email templates, and the exact communities where agency buyers are. Even five Pro customers makes this a revenue business.</p><p>2. Agency workspaces. Team seats and shared history unlock a $99+ tier. Everything is already keyed by user, so this is a weekend of work.</p><p>3. Brand voice profiles. Save a client's tone and banned words once, apply on every run.</p><p>4. Annual plan. The Stripe price exists; add a second price and a toggle.</p><p>5. Direct push to Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Their APIs accept exactly the fields the app already produces.</p><p>6. SEO content. "Spanglish ad copy", "Singlish marketing", "Hinglish ads", and "Arabizi ads" are low-competition searches with clear intent, and the product can write the example copy for those articles itself.</p><p>7. Margin. Switching the writing calls to a cheaper model lifts gross margin from about 75 percent to 95.</p><p>8. More markets. Adding a country is five lines in one data file; Africa and Latin America are thinly served by competitors.</p>

Reason for selling
I build focused products and sell them once they are complete and proven end to end. VariantLab is at that point: sign-up, generation, history, limits, and billing all work in production, and everything a new owner needs is documented. It needs someone who will market it, which is a different job from building it. I'll stay available by email for 30 days after the sale.
