Bank Statement Converters is a web tool for pulling transactions out of PDF bank statements and into Excel or CSV. Upload a text-based PDF or statement images (PNG, JPG, WebP) and it extracts one row per transaction, with numeric amounts and YYYY-MM-DD dates. The review step is the point: each extracted row sits next to the page it came from, and balance, date, amount and duplicate checks flag anything that does not reconcile with the closing balance on the statement. Edit and undo before you export, so mistakes get caught instead of hidden. Export as XLSX with a summary sheet or as UTF-8 CSV with a comma or semicolon delimiter. Batch mode merges up to 20 files into one workbook or CSV and keeps the source file and page for every row. No bank credentials or bank connection are needed. Guest files are deleted after one hour and account files after 24 hours. Try 5 pages free with no account; paid plans are billed per page. Scanned PDFs are not supported yet, and each file should contain one account and one currency.
