About FINUXI: accounting SaaS with a verified ledger
Accounting SaaS: bank imports, reconciliation, statements on a verified ledger
FINUXI is a working, deployed accounting workspace in which bank imports, reconciliation and financial statements run on a database-enforced double-entry ledger. Source code, 2,000+ automated tests, the finuxi.app domain and full handover documentation are included. Live product: https://finuxi.app Read-only demo (fictional company, no sign-up): https://demo.finuxi.app What it does Imports CSV/XLSX bank files with column mapping, validation and duplicate detection; keeps the source file. Transaction review and categorization with company rules, vendors and customers. Chart of accounts, draft and posted journals, reversals, general ledger. Bank reconciliation with explained matches and balanced, approval-gated adjustments. Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, AR and AP aging from posted entries only. Month-end close checklist, approvals queue, audit trail, roles and tenant isolation. Guided onboarding, a 30-article Help Center, light/dark themes, responsive down to phone width. Why it is different The accounting rules live in PostgreSQL: the database itself refuses an unbalanced posted journal, an edit to a posted entry, or posting into a closed period. A journal-posting race condition was found, fixed and proven in CI. Demo books are recomputed independently and match the app to the cent. Tech and quality Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind 4, Supabase (PostgreSQL 17, row-level security), Vercel. 978 application tests, 764 database assertions and 268 browser tests run in GitHub Actions. Honest status Pre-revenue: $0 revenue, 0 paying customers. Not built: billing, live bank feeds, QuickBooks write-back, tax filing. AI features are disabled in production; Gmail runs in Google's testing mode; QuickBooks is configured but untested; Google Sheets needs your own OAuth client. No external security audit. Included Source code with full Git history; 66 database migrations with rollback scripts; the production and demo deployments; the Supabase project (test data only); the finuxi.app domain; integration configuration; FINUXI name and logo files; complete buyer documentation (handover guide, test evidence, transfer checklist). Running costs About $2/month today (domain). Commercial use needs Vercel Pro (about $20/month) and ideally Supabase Pro (about $25/month). Why I'm selling I built FINUXI as a solo founder and focused on getting the accounting core right. I don't have the budget or time to run customer acquisition, so I'm selling it to someone who can take it to market. Support Two weeks of email handover support, plus help moving each account (GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, domain). Payment through Escrow.com.
