SmallPDF.us is a free online toolkit for everyday PDF and image jobs: compress, merge, split, rotate, convert PDF to and from Word, Excel, PowerPoint and JPG/PNG, OCR, redact, protect/unlock, HEIC and WebP converters and more. 27 tools in 8 languages (EN, DE, ES, FR, ID, IT, PT, JA). Domain registered Nov 2024. Traction (last 30 days, my own analytics): about 20,000 visits (16,000 unique IPs), about 12,000 successful conversions per month, 2,070 registered users. Traffic comes mostly from direct, Bing Google and Yahoo. Tech: Next.js frontend, Node JS, Express + SQLite backend, Ghostscript, qpdf, LibreOffice and Tesseract for conversions, admin dashboard , Chrome extension. Included: domain, full source code, database, handover help. Not transferable: AdSense and payment gateway accounts (buyer needs their own). I will move the app from my shared server to the buyer’s hosting.

Next step: <ol><li data-list="bullet">SEO is the biggest upside. Google sends only about 3000 visitors a month today; most traffic is direct, Bing and Yahoo. 38 tool pages in 8 languages are ready to be pushed with content and backlinks (I have started a small guides site and some GitHub links).</li><li data-list="bullet">Target the US and Europe. A US visitor earns roughly 20 to 40 times more ad revenue than a visitor from Indonesia or India. More English and Western-language traffic raises ad income a lot.</li><li data-list="bullet">Ads: the site uses AdSense and Ad Manager; formats such as vignette and anchor ads and better placement can still be tuned.</li><li data-list="bullet">Products: add more tools (watermark, page numbers, PDF to text), a public API listing, and Chrome Web Store promotion for the extension.</li></ol>

Not included: my Google AdSense account and my payment gateway accounts (Lemon Squeezy, Razorpay, PayPal) can’t be transferred, so the buyer needs to open their own and I will help connect them.
