Scribevia is a writing and publishing workspace for authors who want one place to take a manuscript from first draft to book files. It combines a long-form editor, structured chapters and scenes, whole-book search, comments, revision tools, writing goals and private writing statistics. Its distinctive tools include a structured Story Bible with rule-based continuity checks; a writing-history report that separates typed, pasted, imported, revised and deleted text; book preview and formatted export; and dedicated beta-reader and editor review workflows. Authors can plan, draft, review and prepare a book without splitting the work among separate apps. Scribevia is available on the web and as downloadable Windows and macOS applications. It includes account security, cloud saving and recovery, support, notification and administration tools, and public product information. The product is pre-revenue and intended for independent authors. Manuscripts are private by default and are not used for AI training. The sale includes the Scribevia brand and software, along with the transfer items and handover described below. The sale includes the deployed web application, public website, Windows and macOS desktop builds, source code, deployment configuration, database schema, administration and support tools, documentation, policies, operating procedures, backup and recovery setup, and Scribevia brand assets. The buyer will connect their own payment and email service accounts and credentials. Social profiles are not included by default and can be discussed only where platform rules permit. Customer manuscripts and personal data are not included in the sale transfer by default. Any customer-data migration would require a legally compliant plan and appropriate customer notice or consent. A structured handover and transition support can be agreed with the buyer.

Reason for selling
