You choose the symptoms that affect your work and the kind of tasks your job involves, and it lists the reasonable adjustments mentioned in Acas and GOV.UK guidance, each linked to its source. You tick the ones you want to raise and it drafts a polite letter asking your manager for a private conversation, ready to copy into an email or download. A short section explains, with quotes from Acas and the EHRC, when symptoms may count as a disability, without deciding that for you; it is not legal advice. There is no sign-up and no paid tier, and nothing you select is stored or sent anywhere.
