Build a UK gender pay gap and menopause action plan from the GOV.UK list
UK employers with 250 or more staff are expected to publish an equality action plan next to their gender pay gap figures from spring 2027, subject to secondary legislation. Equality Action Plan Builder walks through the 18 actions the government guidance lists in five groups. You pick the ones you will take and say whether each is new, in progress or already embedded, and the builder checks the three minimums as you go: a gender pay gap action, a menopause action and two actions that are new or in progress. It counts words against the 100 and 200 word limits, warns about links, and turns your published pay gap figures into a short diagnosis. The builder is free and runs in the browser.
