Gender pay gap figures from a payroll export, worked out in your browser
Pay Gap Report turns a payroll export into the gender pay gap figures that employers publish in the UK, in Ireland and under the EU Pay Transparency Directive. You load a CSV or Excel file, map the columns, fix what the data checks flag, and get mean and median hourly gaps, bonus gaps, the share of each sex paid a bonus and the quartile pay bands, plus the extra splits Ireland and the EU ask for. Each figure shows its method and the regulation that defines it, and excluded rows are listed with a reason. The payroll file is read in the browser and never uploaded. The figures are free. Pro is 79 USD once per organisation for the report PDF with a written narrative and the director's statement, a figures CSV and an excluded-rows file.
