Xavoo - Sell Project

Xavoo is a complete pre-launch Android networking application designed to help people discover and connect with others nearby. The app combines Bluetooth Low Energy for physical proximity discovery with Firebase for authentication, account recovery, remote messaging, synchronization and backup. Once two users mutually accept a connection, they can continue chatting even when they are no longer nearby. Key features include native Android development with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose; nearby discovery using Bluetooth Low Energy; hybrid Bluetooth/Firebase messaging; delivery and read status; email/password and Google authentication; configurable profiles with field-level privacy; Spanish and English interfaces; temporary QR invitations; private event rooms with codes and QR access; temporary connections; bilateral consent for permanent connections; blocking, reporting and request rate limits; four visual themes; and a responsive Next.js marketing and legal website. The sale includes the complete Android and web source code, brand, original visual assets, Firebase rules, release APK/AAB, technical documentation, automated tests, CI configuration and transfer documentation. The Android application has 109 passing JVM tests, dedicated Firebase security-rule tests, instrumented test suites and a reproducible signed release process. The current architecture operates within Firebase's free Spark plan and does not require a proprietary server. The buyer can keep the existing architecture, migrate Firebase to another account or adapt the backend. This is a pre-launch asset sale. It does not include revenue, active users or a Google Play developer account. The buyer receives full ownership of the transferable source code, brand assets and product rights defined in the sale agreement. Reason for selling: the founder completed the product and is looking for a buyer who can handle launch, distribution and future growth.
